Everything was simply perfectly fine. My room was spotless and modern with balcony. The hotel was tidy with responsive staff. Truly enjoyed that food was good. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was friendly.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted, and it was conveniently near the metro, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps within a 7-minute walk.

The rooms were newly renovated, very clean and well equipped. What was very positive was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. In addition, the rooms were in a good location, as the Termini train station could be reached in a few minutes on foot and the city centre in about 15- 20 minutes. Overall it is a very good price-performance ratio.

There are bars and restaurants so close to the hotel. The whole experience was great! Free Wi-Fi was available.

Location is ideal, about a five minute walk from Rome Termini Station and easy to find. Close to tour bus locations, local restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlours. The Bon ton team were great. Nothing was any trouble. Our flight was 2 hours late, no problem said Nicola, i'll be here. Kids weren't well, no problem said Nicola. Needed some advice about what to see and and how to see it, always some-one to ask. More personal service than a large hotel chain, felt more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. Room was good, was clean, had the essentials, we went to Rome to explore and have a decent place to come back and rest. Thank you Bon Ton Team !! Will definiately stay at Bon Ton again...next time without the kids !

Everything was simply great. Whole place was clean with excellent views. - Marvellous and brilliant location close to the railway station. - the rooms were big, new-fashioned. - Having a hairdryer, a bidet, and free toiletries was a bonus. - the place had a quiet atmosphere.

As a young couple visiting Rome for 2 days only on a tight budget, we were looking for a place to stay which would not be too expensive and located within walking distance from Termini station. When we arrived at the Bon Ton we discovered a lovely little B&B which was extremely clean and well kept, with nice views from the 6th floor and hardly any street noise. The staff was friendly and had a casual, no-nonsense attitude which made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Bon Ton as it offers great value for money and is ideal for people who need quick access to the airports (from Termini) and wish to avoid the craziness of the city centre.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from a train station, with great value for the money and excellent service that met our needs perfectly.

Lucky location, closed to Termini, walk-way distance to the ancient city. The nicest hosts we ever met, clean rooms&bathrooms, new furniture, free wifi, free bottle of water, they all what a traveller need.

The location was perfect. Close to everything, everything was within a 10 min walk. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, the rooms were a little small, but since we spent the entire week traveling, we only slept there. The rooms were alway spotless, as was the rest of the guest house. An excellent deal for the money. Food was right around the corner, the Termini station is a few streets over, the tour bus that we took was right next to the Termini station as well. And there was a market every week day that sold fresh fruit and veggies as well, in the street. It was a great experience, and we would stay there again.
